Christian Eriksen insists Manchester United are on the right track.

Man United deserved a well deserved draw against Chelsea on Saturday night at the Stamford Bridge with Casemiro scoring a last-minute winner.

Summer signing Christian Eriksen believes the team is heading towards the right direction under Ten Hag’s management.

“It does feel like a big relief compared to the six minutes before with the penalty against, it was a big blow,” Eriksen told MUTV. “But, obviously, it shows the character and what a nice header.

“It was [a cracking header] – a very strong neck! [Smiles] A very strong neck to get the ball over there, a very nice goal.”

“We always aim to be better than what we have if we don’t have nine points, but I think overall, we can be proud of what we achieved,” he added.

“Wednesday was a big performance and to top it up today would have been perfect, but we are on the right path to something that’s going to be a lot more fun than where we are.”
