Manchester United have reportedly initiated talks for the transfer of PSV Eindhoven’s Hirving Lozano.
The Red Devils are planning for a big transfer and Lozano is believed to be one of their prime targets. The Mexican international has been red hot form and has already netted 15 goals in the Eredivisie this season.
The 23 year old is valued at around £23m and the club hierarchy has reportedly contacted his representative Mino Raiola regarding a potential summer transfer. Napoli are also interested in roping the player to Italy but United want to steal the deal at any cost.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in the line to take control of the side on a permanent basis and is very keen to overhauls the attacking contingent. With Alexis Sanchez’s future looking bleak Lozano could be a long term solution to United’s attacking woes.
Pre dominantly a left winger the youngster can also operate from the opposite side and potentially end United’s long standing right wing problem. Raiola already has two esteemed clients Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku playing for United already and Lozano could soon wear the Red colours.
