Manchester City and Liverpool are also interested in him

Manchester United are looking to bolster their squad in the transfer window after an underwhelming campaign this season, not winning a single silverware. Their priority is to add defensive reinforcements and club will also look to sell few players to accommodate new signings.

Though Jose Mourinho claimed earlier that he has no plans to sign any forwards in the summer transfer window but could look for right players in order to add depth in the squad for next season.

The Red Devils were recently linked with a move for West Ham star Marko Arnautovic as Mourinho wants potential back up for Romelu Lukaku. The club struggled when the Belgian missed few games.

Another key area the Premier League Giants may want to reinforce is the right wing and has been linked with a move for Florentina ace Federico Chiesa ahead of the summer transfer window.

The winger came through the ranks of the Italian side and made his senior debut for the club in the 2016-2017 campaign. He shot to fame last season and was very impressive, scoring 6 goals and assisting 5 in 38 appearances in all competitions.

The 20 year old’s excellent form has seen him break into the Italy squad has attracted attention of many top clubs like Liverpool, Manchester City, Inter Milan and Napoli.

Fiorentina have reportedly slapped a £62 million price tag on the Italy International according to talkSPORT. Originally back in April, they had set his asking price at £44 million following talks with the player but has increased in order to ward off interest.

Serie A giants believe that, given the interest in the player, that is a fair price and they will not lower their demands.
