Dean Henderson has signed a five-year contract with Crystal Palace.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper came through United’s academy but never managed to earn a regular spot in the first-team.
Palace would pay United £20 million including add-ons and will be the club’s third signing of the summer.
Henderson has been on a string of loan spells over the years and spent the last season at Nottingham Forest.
The United academy product made 29 appearances for the Red Devils and also played in the Champions League and Europa League.

Henderson said: “I’m absolutely delighted and buzzing to be here. I can’t wait to get started.
“This club has got great fans and has a lot of top players who are hungry to succeed. There’s something being built here, and I really want to be a part of it.”
Man United are set to sign Altay Bayindir from Fenerbahce as Henderson’s replacement in the final minutes of the summer window.
