Manchester United have already bought Aaron Wan-Bissaka and recently agreed on a world-record fee for Leicester City center-back Harry Maguire. While the club have done what direly needed to be done, improve the ailing defence, their work is far from over yet.

The departures of Ander Herrera and Marouane Fellaini has left big holes in the midfield and Solskjaer needs to buy at least one midfielder before the season begins. Bruno Fernandes, in particular, has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for the entire summer.

The Portuguese playmaker scored 32 goals and registered 18 assists for Sporting last season. The Red Devils will add much-needed creativity in the midfield if they manage to sign him.

At present, Bruno Fernandes is the one who needs to be prioritized over Paulo Dybala, simply because United currently have a greater need of bolstering their midfield options.
