Eric Bailly should push for move in this summer.

The defender struggled for game time at Old Trafford last season and decided to make a loan move in the 2022/23 season to Marseille.

He is under contract with Manchester United until the end of the current campaign but the club is ready to let him leave on a free transfer this summer.

The Ivory Coast international made only 23 appearances across all competitions with Marseille and decided to not sign Bailly on a permanent deal despite qualifying for the Champions League.

The 29-year-old defender was tipped for huge things but several injuries and form has derailed his professional career.

According to reports, Fulham are interested in the United defender as Marco Silva aims to add depth to their backline before the deadline.

Bailly is way down the pecking order behind Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof.

The Red Devils are eager to cash in on the centre-back even though his valuation has reduced drastically.

He earns £80,000-a-week and the club will be aiming to offload the defender by this summer.
