Ole Gunnar Solskjaer Rejects Paul Pogba's Real Madrid Links

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has refuted all claims regarding Paul Pogba’s potential linkup to Real Madrid.

The Manchester United midfielder recently stated he would love to play for Real Madrid one day putting his United future in doubt. The 26 year old has played a key part in Solskjaer’s plans and is being seen as the future leader of the club.

Pogba’s estranged relationship with former manager Jose Mourinho saw the player getting demoted to the bench in the last few matches of his tenure but the Norwegian manager restored his freedom giving the midfielder to express himself in the middle of the pitch.

Solskjaer said, “Definitely. I said that a few years ago as well.

“Paul is happy here, he is playing well. There was talk about the international break and what kind of issues that causes.

“One of the issues is, the players are always available for the press. They are open, and he answered a general question about any player would like to play for Real Madrid.

“He didn’t talk about himself, he is happy here.”
