Paris Saint-Germain has set its eyes on signing Anthony Martial from Manchester United during the next January transfer window.

The French striker, who is from Massy, a short distance from PSG’s Parc des Princes, has been linked with a return to his hometown.

With Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s upcoming arrival, a reorganization of the team is expected, indicating a strategic move for PSG. While certain out-of-contract players, such as Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, and Hannibal Mejbri, may have their options extended, Martial’s future remains uncertain.

Despite his contract having a one-year option, Manchester United is apparently in need to avoid losing him for nothing next summer and is ready to sell him in January.

A number of European giants, including Atletico Madrid, Lyon, Marseille, and Inter Milan, are believed to be keeping a close eye on Martial’s position.

PSG’s interest in the dynamic attacker adds an intriguing element to the transfer market drama, setting the basis for a possible reunion between Martial and his hometown club.
