Cher Ndour, a youngster for Benfica whose contract expires in 2023, has been linked to Manchester United

The adolescent, who competes for Italy at the U20 level, is reportedly eager to compete with Juventus for his services, according to The Mirror.

The 18-year-old midfielder, who has been compared to Paul Pogba, is said to be in Juventus’ sights, according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The fact that Ndour is represented by the same agent as Bruno Fernandes may work in United’s favour. The Portuguese playmaker could perhaps start things off by sending a warm Instagram message! Ndour presently plays for Benfica after leaving his hometown team Brescia for Atalanta. Although he hasn’t yet played for the first team, his next move is expected to be significant.

But a striker will be at the top of Ten Hag’s wish list in January.

Following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure, United must acquire a goalscorer during the transfer window. It’s not like we will miss Ronaldo’s presence, which was nonexistent in many of the games he played in under Ten Hag, since he wasn’t scoring enough goals this season. Anthony Martial’s readiness for the second half of the season is currently the main issue.
