Man United are open to selling Scott McTominay for the right price.

The United midfielder displayed a match-winning cameo in the Reds’ 2-1 win over Brentford before the international break.

The 26-year-old has become a central figure for Scotland after netting six times for his country in the European qualifying.

Man United would be demanding £50 million as the club is open to tempted to sell him for the right price in January.

Bayern Munich are also considering the Scottish midfielder as an option in the January transfer window.

Club legend Darren Fletcher explains how the academy graduate has improved his game in the last few seasons.

“Of course, he is a homegrown talent and an important part of our squad,” he said.

“Scott is different class and his performances have been too, always for Scotland, but recently adding the goals.

“Scott is a great finisher. I see it day in, day out. He knows where the back of the net is. He strikes the ball really well, can arrive in the box at the right time and when he plays as a number eight and gets box-to-box and arrives late he is a real threat.”
