Harry Kane is expected to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The Red Devils are in dire need of a striker this summer and has identified Harry Kane as their No.1 target.

Spurs value their club captain at £100m but United are not willing to pay in the north of £80m for the 29-year-old forward.

The England captain has just one year left on his Spurs contract and wants an exit from the North London club as early as this summer.

But Daniel Levy is reluctant to sell to a Premier League rival and United are not willing to go upwards of £80m.

“I’d be ever so surprised at this stage if decides to push because I think there have been previous occasions – a few years ago where Manchester City were keen to sign Harry Kane – and I’m sure Kane would have pushed then if he could have,” the journalist John Cross told Sky Sports.

“But I think Kane, as England captain, one of the Premier League top scorers and a fabulously prolific striker each year, he’ll be inundated with huge offers next summer if he gives it 12 months.”
