Man United are monitoring Goretzka’s situation at Bayern Munich.

Manager Erik ten Hag will be signing two or three midfielders this summer and are closing on a move for Mason Mount.

Adrien Rabiot has emerged as an ideal signing for the Dutch manager who is available on a free transfer.

The Red Devils have also earmarked Bayern Munich Leon Goretzka who will reportedly not be a part of his setup in Bayern Munich under Thomas Tuchel.

But Goretzka brushed off any speculations regarding his future and wants to continue with the Bavarians.

“I have no other plans than staying at Bayern,” Goretzka told Sport1. “We have big plans for next year, as Joshua Kimmich said after the Ukraine game.”

He added: “Competition in the squad is a basic prerequisite for the success of FC Bayern. Those responsible are fulfilling their duty to question everything. But I am just as sure that we will find our way back on the road to success together in the new season.”
